What you’ll need

  • 1 serving Pea Protein (I use Naked Pea protein, unflavored)
  • 14 ounces water or a nut milk
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 ripe banana or deseeded green apple
  • Half haas avocado
  • 2 Tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 cup ice

How to make it

  1. Add contents to a blender and blend on high.
